New joint venture signing takes Norse Commercial Services into Devon

The agreement creating Devon Norse, a joint venture company owned by Devon County Council and Norse Commercial Services was signed in Exeter on 23rd May 2011.

The £11 million a year venture sees Norse taking over the supply of cleaning and catering services to Devon’s 200 plus schools, under a ten year agreement.
