Norse has been awarded the contract for the cleaning of communal areas in Norfolk for housing provider Flagship.
Flagship owns and manages over 22,000 properties and is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in East Anglia. The three-year £90,000 contract covers 380 properties, including the stairwells, landings and entrance areas that form part of the housing group’s portfolio in the central and north regions of Norfolk.
“This contract builds on our existing portfolio of cleaning, building and grounds maintenance with housing associations,” said Norse Sales Director, Geoff Tucker, “and we look forward to working with Flagship.”
Flagship’s Head of Procurement, Neil Bloomfield said, “Our customers take priority in everything we do. We are totally committed to meeting their needs whilst ensuring value for money.” |
