Ismail Mohamed has been appointed NHS Contract Manager for Norse

Prior to joining Norse Ismail worked within both Retail and Catering contract environments for Sodexho and Compass Group. He has worked in high profile locations such as the Royal Opera House and News International, as well as working as an Operations Manager covering sites across London and the South East.
 
“Joining the team at Norse has allowed me to bring my commercial experience into a different environment,” he commented. “Since taking on the role, my main focus has been encouraging ownership and responsibility at all levels within the Healthcare contract. We have given our employees a clear understanding of what is expected of them and in turn are investing in their development to take us into the future.”
 
Ismail sees his main role as maintaining the high levels of service Norse delivers to its current clients, whilst maintaining a cost effective, developing business.
