A recent survey of NCS clients revealed very high levels of satisfaction with its service provision. Below is a synopsis of the results:
1. Are you satisfied with the service offered?
The overall level of customer satisfaction with the services offered by the company is 91%.
2. Is the frequency of visits by your KAM/LM/AM right for you?
83% of our customers are satisfied with the frequency of visits from their manager.
3. Do you think NCS offers value for money?
81% of our customers think NCS offers value for money.
4. Do you feel confident in awarding further contracts to NCS?
89% of our customers would feel confident in awarding further contracts to NCS.
5. Improvement in service in last 12 months?
76% of our customers think we are doing the same as last year.
16% think we are better than last year.
8% think we are worse than last year.
