Norse transport school children to Christmas at the Forum
December 2010

Norse joined forces with The Forum in Norwich to provide free transport for local school children to take part in mornings of learning and fun, as part of Christmas at the Forum.
Around two hundred pupils and thirty adults, from five schools around the City, will be visiting The Forum over five days in December, spending three and a half hours on a range of activities that includes a film show from the East Anglian Film Archive shown on the Fusion digital gallery (the largest in Europe), making Christmas decorations, rides on an original Victorian carousel, a tour of Peter Mancroft Church and story telling in the children’s library.
Carolyn Baxter, Head of the Kinsale Junior School who took thirty pupils to the Forum said, “The children had a wonderful time and we were most grateful to Norse for providing our transport.”
The visitors were also able to see one of the UK’s tallest Christmas trees, decorated with the help of Norse earlier in the month. |
